If \fBtype\fR is V_ASN1_NULL \fBvalue\fR is ignored. If \fBtype\fR is V_ASN1_BOOLEAN
then the boolean is set to \s-1TRUE\s0 if \fBvalue\fR is not \s-1NULL\s0. If \fBtype\fR is
